CI/CD that earns its keep
A pipeline should make shipping safer, not slower. Two notes on keeping it an asset instead of a chore.
1. The pipeline is your safety net
Every merge should run the checks a tired human would forget. The point isn't ceremony — it's that nobody has to hold the entire system in their head to ship a change with confidence.
2. Ship only on green
A red build that still deploys teaches the team to ignore red. Make green the only path to production, and the signal stays worth trusting when it really matters.
